5:00 AM in Saturday July 15th. Factoriesin the area are up and running. I ask for 7 dozen assorted and 2 large containers of coffee and the young lady looks at me like I asked what isle the dishwashers are and proceeds to give me excuses for how long all of this could take because she's not ready. So I tell her I'll come back in 20 minutes and give her time to get organized and ready. 20 minutes later I comeback, I'm still the only customer I have see, she looks at me and says, 'this is still going to take awhile because I didn't know if you were coming back for sure. So I now realize she's alone, as a customer comes to the drive though and another to the counter, she is trying to handle all this. So now waiting another +20 minutes, her co-workers begin to drift in.....If I wanted to watch people struggle with attitude I could have waited for pick n' save to open.
The food was fine but the store was absolutely filthy. We went in at 930am on a Sunday morning for a little family outing and the garbage can outside the store was overflowing, there was garbage on the floors inside the store and in the bathroom, and your feet stuck to the floor throughout the entire place. We got our food and looked for a table but every single table was filthy. Keep in mind, there were no other customers there at the time and not sure if many had been there yet that day. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned to sit down. After a while, business started getting busy and everyone else seemed to feel disgusted by the filth of the store. Another woman had to clear crumbs off the bench before she sat down to eat her breakfast. Wet floor signs remained throughout and it was obvious that not an inch had been mopped over night, and only God knows when it was mopped last. Very frustrating. Only young adults were working this morning so not sure if any management was even around.
Quick service, nice menu for a quick bite. USB wall chargers. Thumbs up
I had a long wait in the drive thru to order, didn't try my coffee til couple blocks away & it wasn't what I ordered, went back, told the 4 workers behind the counter, none acknowledged me, 1 grumbled to the others that she'd do it, i repeated what my order was, she said i heard you, handed me my coffee when she was done, didn't say hear you go or sorry or anything. Was only a nonfat iced latte, not too complicated. Not sure how many eye rolls. I'll buy my $5. coffee elsewhere
Very poor customer service from this particular branch. It is not everyone who works there, as I have had very pleasant interactions with a few of the employees, who were great. However, we stopped to get coffee one morning over a month ago at 530am, they open at 5, or are supposed to, and no one was there. No sign, no notice, no holiday, no answer on the phone. We dtayed until 6am along with a line of other people and still no one showed. I reached out to their corporate office and they had stated they would have someone contact me in regarda to the issue. It has been over a month and no one has reached out to me in any way. No calls, no emails. Very disappointing follow through frok their management team. Again, this is not to say everyone there, but this should have been handled in a much more professional manor.
