I was really excited when Dave was so nice in our initial communications and he was so reassuring. He knew this was a big deal to my son and I. But everything he reassured us, was NOT delivered. In my eyes, they ruined my son's party. None of my guests (nor myself) will EVER throw a party or patronize that place again.
3 days before the party, I emailed Dave to confirm the amount of children bowling, and how many parents and extra guests would be attending (in our previous email correspondence he asked me to let them know up to a day before! ). He never replied to confirm! (I also emailed asking a question to help give us more information regarding certain circumstances for one of our friends with autism... just to help him prepare for a new surrounding). Of course since he didn't reply, this wasn't answered either.
The entire time we were there, no one checked on us or offered the children refills or any type of service.
Had Special Olympics there. Staff was o.k., but seemed shorthanded for such a big event. Bathrrooms were clean, but when I told them were out of paper towel, she stated it was done on purpose, but asked if there was a roll on the counter, and when I stated No, she rolled eyes and said she'd get someone on it. Took about 1/2 hr for cheeseburger and fries but very good.
We got there the day of the party and the guy who 'helped' us the whole time was RUDE. I had asked if there was room for the guests, if the parents could bowl with the kids, etc. He got really snappy instead of politely explaining how they set it up. Then he said they had no idea of the amount of guests we were having (Dave never told him and he complained about this in front of my guests to another employee). He also did nothing to try help accommodating our guests.... So everyone was standing around trying to eat using the kids seats or using the wall divider as a makeshift table while they stood.
Went to Weston lanes for special Olympics bowling tournament. Very nice! Lots of lanes but not too loud. Wonderful service as well! Thank you!!

Nice place service good but food was like bad wedding food
I started making arrangements for my son's 5th birthday party about 3 weeks ahead. It started off great. The party planner, Dave, was very nice and reassured me that everything would be fine (I was worried and stressed because this was my first time throwing a party for my son that included his friends and their families; and this was the first time my son wanted a party with all the works.. so I was trying to give him the best day! ).
Everyone is so kind!! Larry is one of your best bartender's that you have!! The food was delicious!!
