Amazing service at a very fair price! I'm just visiting home from out of state, but I wish I could give Jim my full time business. He was very knowledgeable and transparent with what was done and why.
I have been checking Patriot Auto out for almost two years between two vehicles looking for a mechanic we could call "ours". One of our vehicles, just this month, presented a concern two days before we were to head out of state for a family vacation. With his schedule booked full for a week and a half Jim asked us to drop off our vehicle the next day and he would try to squeeze it in. That same night, we picked it up with an explanation of what was found, how it was addressed, and his personal confidence in the soundness of the vehicle's road soundness. I was charged $27 and given the keys. This pretty much sealed Jim as "our" family mechanic. His "can do" attitude, "honesty", "pricing", and all-around sound business character has been unmatched. I know...I used two of his immediate competitors previously, and I have the stories that go with them.
I have never been treated so well by any other automotive company! Here is my story - my engine blew up a couple weeks ago and I was stranded in the middle of the road. Roadside assistance set me up at Patriot Auto. I live over 2 hours away, and Jim let me stay there at his shop until my husband arrived to pick me up. My husband did not arrive until after 6:00PM on a Friday (again I am over 2 hrs away from home) and Jim would not leave or let me just wait outside. Not only that, he set us up with the local U-Haul down the road so we could get a car trailer and get everything back home that night. By the time everything was said and done, it was past 7:00PM. A true, honest, helpful company that goes above and beyond for their customers. A rare quality you unfortunately cannot find in most companies now-a-days. I appreciate everything Jim and his team did for me that night - it will not be forgotten.

Jim has done so much for myself and my family. He has worked on my suv several times and I get it back happy and for a good price. He works fast and charges a fair price. He is the best mechanic I have had the pleasure to work with and I don't trust anyone else to work on my cars then him.
