I took my son in there after he broke his permenent tooth. We were seen the next day by Dr. Jordan. As we were going to leave I had an insurance issue. (It was a self pay plan) the staff at first impressions were more than helpful in getting this resolved and directing me to an actual good insurance. Dr. Jordan and Sandi were AWESOME in helping us!!! Sandi was helping me figure our insurence problem out and Dr. Jordan walked up and offered to write part of our bill off to help. They take badgercare for new patients under 6 However my son was an emergency case, and 9 years old. Now we also have great insurance and will continue to go there!!! I have never been so truly touched by the staff and what they did for us!!
This is my daughters first dentist, I couldn't ask for a better first experience. We've been back a couple times now and the staff is always inviting, accommodating, and awesome with children.
We just love First Impressions in Weston, everyone there is so nice and welcoming , the hygienist make my kids feel special and care for each one of them, what a fun atmosphere, my kids love going to the dentist!
