The people at the front desk are worthless! One day I checked in for labs and then I waited, and waited, and waited some more. I went back to the desk and the other lady said the blonde never checked me in! On another occasion I tried to drop something off for the lab. The lady at the desk wouldn't touch it. It took her 3 times for me to spell my first name before she wrote it on a small piece of paper and taking it to the back. She could have taken the bag back 5 times by then and I could have been on my way to work. It's a good thing I love my doctor otherwise I would not waste my time with this place.
I had to be referred to the dentist for help to find out what this mass i had was no other dentist would pull the remaining teeth, i have a fear of dentist after being tortured by 1 when i was a little anyways they were fast i was in and out in 20 min even my surgery day in and out in 25 min tht day The best part was I WAS IN NO PAIN LITERALLY NO PAIN AT ALL AFTER SURGERY OR THE WEEKS THAT FOLLOWED! I GT A LIL SORE BUT I WAS SO AMAZED THAT EVEN WITH STITCHES AND ALL I FELT REALLY DECENT! I was sent home with pain meds only needed 2 total the whole time / They called me to ck in on me that was VERY VERY NICE OF THEM. AWESOME MANNERS VERY SWEET AND CARING True caring not that put on a fake act because its my job kind they really love helping us!
