Yummy sandwiches, the lady was very sweet and remade my order perfect. If something is not right they try their best to fix it. I left as a happy customer and will be coming back again (:

I've been ordering Jimmy Johns at least once a week and haven't had any issues until today. I ordered before noon received my confirmation email at Noon and I ended up calling at 12:32 asking where our food was and get told drivers on the way 12:40 rolls around driver walks in and sets food on counter. No apology for taking so long, nothing. I was very disappointed in the service today and didn't even bother calling back to inform them that they screwed up the order. I don't understand what normally takes them 10 minutes to make and have sitting on the counter would take 40 minutes to make and deliver today. The least they could have done is called and said they were busy.
Bread was hard to eat when I went, usually these places are great, but I might try a different one in the area.
Barely hung up the phone and it was at my Hotel room delivered by a sharp dressed delivery person!!!!
