After reading the other reviews... I'll say I never call-in an order, but you can tell it's sometimes difficult for them to answer phones while making the pizza. When I order it in person, I never wait more than 5 or 10 minutes and the food is always superb quality and they'll customize it however you like.
The Weston location leaves a lot to be desired, in all aspects. The Wausau location has it together....would make the five mile drive there anytime!

Came in on Sat. June 24 between 5 and 5:20pm. The three lovely ladies were super duper superb in there customer service. Pizza goddess. Amazeballs!!!

Great pizza! Kind of pricey depending on what you're interested in getting, but to feed a family of 3 for $20 and have left overs... not too bad. Service is slow and they always give you a time window of when your pizza will be ready but then you end up waiting an additional 5-15 minutes. Also, and this is what bothers me, there is literally one employee over there that isn't over the top rude and disrespectful. Owner needs to revamp his staff and maybe hire people that don't HATE other people and their jobs.
