I'd give no stars. Everyday it's loud car and home stereos, screaming brats, maniac drivers. Nothing is done. But let your grass get to long they threaten you with fines.
Iv lived here for 15 years, I've had to protect my property before, then I was rushed by an employee, could have shot him dead there, they were standing right in my way on my porch so I said screw it I'm getting the gun out, yelled at me a lot and called police on me, and I called as well it's called castle doctrine, the police are on my side
Probably the "safest" trailer park around. I say that lightly because no trailer park is really all that safe. But it is the nicest one that I've seen since I moved to wausau.
Run down and dirty but gets the job done if you need a roof over your head
It was a quiet mobile home park but when it rains the water does not retreat fast enough
